Refund policy

1. Overview

Here at Brim Trim, we stand by our product while guaranteeing your satisfaction. We allow 14 days from the date of purchase delivery to exchange or return for store credit. All items shall be new, unworn, and unaltered.

*Custom or made to order items are not accepted for exchange or store credit. All custom items are Final Sale. However, adjustments will be attempted to make the custom piece to your desire. There will be no exceptions, and another item will not be given in exchange.

 

2. Exchanges & Return Address

For a return, please contact Brim Trim at info@shopbrimtrim.com using the subject "Return Request." Add a description, size and all remaining detail of the item you wish to return, in the body of the email. We will promptly get back to you, at which you can return your item at your sole risk, and expense, using any safe and secured means. Ship to the following address:

*All returns must be in perfect condition

*Brim Trim is unable to offer any exchanges, or store credits, on items that have been worn, marked or damaged, or that are not in their undamaged, original packaging.

 

3. Store Credits

A store credit will be issued via gift card within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes and excluding any shipping costs.
